She suggested that I not continue to contact Uber Support by phone as they are a completely separate division, and it could complicate the process… She told me that in the past she was able to contact drivers directly to let them know the status, however, Uber no longer allows this type of communication.
Maybe you just prefer speaking to someone on the phone.
